- I've never had vegan jerky - where should I start?
We're glad you found us! We are here to help, so don't hesitate to use our contact us form or send us an email with your questions. Each brand of vegan jerky has unique flavors and textures. If vegan jerky is new to you, we recommend trying one of our Vegan Jerky Sample Packs. You may also like to shop by jerky texture or shop by jerky ingredient.
- What does "vegan" mean?
Vegan food does not contain dairy products, eggs, or any other animal product.
- Where can I find the ingredient list and nutrition info for each product?
The ingredient list and nutritional information for each product is shown in the image gallery on each product detail page. The image gallery is located below the main product image. We typically show a high resolution scan of the product packaging, so you can see the nutritional information and the ingredients list supplied by the manufacturer.
- Where can I find these products locally?
Many of the products we sell are not available locally, which is why we started VeganJerky.com Now everyone in the world has access to these fantastic vegan jerky products by purchasing through VeganJerky.com! If you would like to try to locate specific brands/products locally, we recommend contacting the manufacturers directly.
- Has my order shipped/How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking email when your order ships. You can also log into your account to check your order status.
- How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
- My order never arrived, what should I do?
Reference your tracking email or log into your account to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.
- An item is missing or incorrect, what should I do?
Log into your account to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped and are marked as delivered. If a product you received is missing or doesn't match the item on your order/invoice, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the package.
- How do I create an account?
Click the "Register" link in at the top of the site. Enter the required information, and click "Create Account."
- How do I change my account settings?
Click the "Sign In" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
- I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Shipping & Returns
- Are there import fees/duties/taxes/restrictions when shipping internationally?
The purchaser (importer) is responsible for the package once it leaves our facility. Please research the destination country's import guidelines before placing your order. Your package is subject to the import laws of the country to which it is shipped. VeganJerky.com is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, fees, handling fees, damages, delays, restrictions/rejections, or any additional charges after your package has been shipped from our facility. Once a package has left our facility it is the property and responsibility of the purchaser. Rejected, delayed, and/or damaged packages will most likely not be returned to us. As a courtesy, any packages that are returned to us will be held for up to 15 days while we await instructions from the purchaser (purchaser is responsible for arranging for new shipping). If the purchaser does not contact us during the holding period, the package will be disposed of. All claims due to damage, loss, delay, and/or additional fees, must be filed with the package carrier and/or the destination country's customs department. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All sales are in USD, and VeganJerky.com is not responsible for any additional exchange rates/fees/etc. Please read the terms for international orders for more details.
- Can I ship to a PO Box?
We recommend using the street address format for your PO Box: Line 1: Your post office street address Line 2: Box ### Line 3: City, State Zip. For larger/heavier orders, we may use a courier that does not deliver to PO Boxes. If we are unable to ship your order to a PO box, we will contact you for an alternate address.
- Do these items require refrigerated shipping?
Currently all of the products sold on VeganJerky.com are shelf-stable, meaning they do not require refrigeration (some require refrigeration after they have been opened). If you live in an extremely hot environment, we recommend having your order delivered to an address where someone can bring the package inside quickly, so it doesn't sit in your hot mail box or porch all day.
- I typed the wrong shipping address on my order, what should I do?
If the order has not yet shipped, please contact us with your order number ASAP! If the order has already shipped, you can use the tracking details to contact USPS or FedEx to try to reroute the package. USPS and FedEx offer rerouting services through their websites. VeganJerky.com cannot be held responsible for replacing orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly on an order.
- My package wasn't delivered, what should I do?
Please check the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email and/or on your VeganJerky.com account page. You can use the tracking details to contact your local post office or FedEx office to try to track down the package. Unfortunately packages that are "un-deliverable as addressed" are typically destroyed by the delivery service due to the sensitive nature of food shipping, but you may be able to track down the package before it departs your local post office if you contact them quickly enough.
- When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship in 24 business hours after payment is received. You will receive a tracking email when your order ships.
- Do you ship to my country?
We are located in the USA. Please load the shopping cart with products and search for your country in the shipping calculator at the bottom of the shopping cart. If your address is not available in our system, please let us know! We are always growing, so we might ship to your country next!
- What are my shipping charges/options?
Please visit our shipping special page to view our current discounted/free rates! Shipping charges are based on order weight, volume, and distance traveled. Shipping is automatically calculated at the bottom of the shopping cart. Load the cart with the items you want, then enter the shipping state, city, and zip code. There is no need to supply your credit card info for a shipping quote.
- What is the return policy?

- Do I have to pay sales tax?
You have to pay USA sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse. Tax will be automatically calculated during checkout. For international orders, please read our international order FAQ.
- I have a question on my charges.

- When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.
- How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?
Click "Gift Certificates" at the top of our site.
- How do I find a product?
To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, please contact customer service for assistance.
- What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. We currently accept payment from PayPal, Apple Pay, and most major credit cards.
- How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your cart, click the "Cart" link and view your shopping cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart click "Add Coupon".
